Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S25 FE globally at its Unpacked event on September 4. The smartphone succeeds last year’s Galaxy S24 FE and joins the Galaxy S25 series, which also includes the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. The latest addition is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2400 chipset.
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: Specifications and Features
The Galaxy S25 FE comes with an enhanced Armor Aluminium frame and features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It runs on the 4nm Exynos 2400 processor, the same chipset that powered the Galaxy S24 in select markets including India. The device packs 8GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage.
Cameras
For optics, the Galaxy S25 FE includes a triple rear camera setup:
- 50MP main sensor (f/1.8) with OIS
- 12MP ultra-wide lens (f/2.2)
- 8MP telephoto lens (f/2.4) with 3x optical zoom and OIS
On the front, it sports a 12MP selfie camera housed in a punch-hole cutout. The smartphone also supports AI-powered features such as Photo Assist, Generative Edit, Instant Slow-mo, and Audio Eraser.
Battery and Software
The device is backed by a 4,900mAh battery with 45W fast wired and wireless charging. Samsung claims it can charge up to 65% in 30 minutes with the 45W adapter (sold separately). The phone runs Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box. Samsung has promised seven years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: Price, Colours, and Availability
In the US, the Galaxy S25 FE starts at $649.99 (approx. ₹57,300) for the 128GB model, while the 256GB variant is priced at $709.99 (approx. ₹62,600). Samsung is expected to announce the India pricing and availability soon.
The smartphone comes in four colour options: Icy Blue, Jet Black, Navy, and White. It is already available for purchase in the US starting today.
As an added bonus, Samsung is bundling the Galaxy S25 FE with six months of Google AI Pro plan, giving users access to Gemini, Flow, NotebookLM, and more advanced AI features.
